Such is Life!

I have't been on for a while, I downloaded and email saying I've sent you picture and it played havoc with my system. Just sorted it out and my back has gone. Won't be on for a while! :(

I am back AGAIN!!!!!! (2)

Had a bad week so decided not to post. I can't be miserable all the time! I probably won't be posting very muc for a while anyway, not a lot to talk about except hubby and hogs.

Both hogs are now well awake and will soon be going into the garden, probably around the end of April unless they start to get restless. Enclosure has arrived but I haven't got around to erecting it yet, hoping to get hubby onto it, it is quite heavy.

Might be in chat for a short while, but if I'm not, don't worry. I am fine - just not very talkative at the moment.

I am back AGAIN!!!!!!

Sorry folks, not been posting for several reasons AGAIN!

My friend died last week (she's the one who had breast cancer) couldn't sign onto Yahoo and didn't feel like getting into internet posting anyway. Also thought Nipper had died on me but it turned out that he decided to go into hibernation!!! Must have heard about the new enclosure that was on its way. I am going to assemble it tomorrow, though I probably won't put the hogs into it until late April, just in case the weather turns nasty again.

Not a lot has happened while I have been absent anyway so not a lot to write about.

I will probably be posting more often now that spring is officially here, HA HA!

Do you know what really hurts?

When someone is hurting and there is nothing you can do to help!

I'm the same, I just hide away when something is bothering me, instead of opening up to everyone and saying "Hey, I need some help here!" I guess that is the Englishman/Briton's disease! We pretend that all is well and try to carry on as best we can. Wouldn't it be so much easier if we could all say that we needed help? Now, I have tried my doctor and my hubby's doctor and neither of them have been able to help so far. My daughter has now become involved, maybe now something will happen. She is perstistent if nothing else.

Back again!

Been AWOL again for several reasons:

Felt lousy, been like a vegetable, just watching tv, no energy, hubby been more in need of company, had loads of appointments, kids' birthdays, dad's birthday, friend dying of cancer, mother in law not well, need I go on?

Anyway, I am back again, still feeling a bit flat, but better.

Probably won't be posting much, but will try to be in chat more often!

Horatio starting to wake up, he is popping out for snacks every now and then, Houdini doing well at his home, and Nipper (apart from escaping twice and biting me once) also doing well and maintaining weight. As I type this I can hear him scratching in his bed, digging himself deeper into the newspaper. I had to return him to his plastic box - he kept biting through the bubble wrap and hiding under the sofa bed in my 'office', it was damned difficult to get him out too, there isn't much room underneath it and he went as far back as he could. I had to use a long handled torch to push him towards the front so that I could get him. Luckily he co-operated and move towards me and not further away! Ungrateful little wretch!

The Little Sod, He bit Me!

Can't say I blame him though. I WAS trying to take TOO many pics of him!

He is sooooooooooooo gorgeous!!

Got hubby to apply some Savlon ASAP! Thank goodness my Anit-Tetinous jabs are up to date! Actually, he didn't break the skin, but it was a fair warning!

Will post new pics when I get over this new trauma!

He escaped again, during the night. He doesn't climb the bubble wrap, he makes holes in it! Found two this morning. Plan B.....
